Task 1: Scenario This is the scenario of my Organization where I was prevailing as a member of Sales Executive in Meeras exportation & Co. This was a partnership firm continuing its role from last 20 years consisting of four partners, administration staff, deliver and marketing part, three solicitors and fifteen employees. My job was to communicate the Partners and march healthy them out with appropriate solutions regarding the improvement of various headache strategies in the field of instruction, human resource, finance and marketing, as well as administration. All kinds of Organisations rely on managers to help moderate the work experiences of others are productive and satisfying. Managers must act and speculate in the right ways and must do so even as great changes takes place in the milieu (Wood et. al. 2006, p. 4).
